What is it?

This is a Summer opportunity for anyone to come sing with the choir and orchestra on any one of four Sunday opportunities.

You come to a rehearsal for one hour then sing with the choir and orchestra that following Sunday!

It’s as simple as that!

I love to sing but I am not sure I’m good enough.

Yes you are and we need you!

Says who?

Says me! Pastor Haines. We have a huge mixture of people that make this choir so wonderful. Some join us with no experience. Some join us with a lot of experience. But what we hold in common is that we love the Lord Jesus Christ and we believe that the Holy Spirit has called us to be ministers of music through the art of choral singing.

Do I need to sign up?

That is not mandatory but it is helpful so we have enough music ready. You can signup below OR email Penny at pphilley@briarwood.org OR email Pastor Haines at jhaines@briarwood.org.

How do I learn my music?

You can wait to learn your music at the rehearsal or learn it in advance by going to the MUSIC page. All you need is right there.

Where do I get my music?

Everything you need will be given to you at the rehearsal OR you can print it off on the MUSIC page.

What do I wear in the choir loft during the worship service?

Whatever you would normally wear to church on Sunday mornings.

What is the schedule? And do I need to commit to all of it?

The schedule is below and you may come to one or two or better yet . . . all of the opportunities! But that’s up to you.
